Shennell specialises in property law, dealing with a wide range of residential freehold and leasehold acquisitions for individuals and companies, including sale and purchase of property, lease extensions, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Her clients include high net worth individuals, first time buyers, property developers and overseas investors. Shennell takes great pride in offering an efficient legal service that is tailored to the individual needs of her clients, which includes providing regular updates throughout the transaction process, as well as providing clear and concise advice. She recognises that buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful times in a client’s life, and her proactive approach allows her to focus on providing her clients with peace of mind.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Shennell obtained a master’s degree in Business Law (LLM) with Distinction from Kingston University.
Shennell is an active volunteer for the homelessness charity, Crisis.
