Biography
Nadine qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012 and joined Patron Law as a Partner in August 2026, having previously practised as a Junior Partner at a boutique Mayfair law firm.
Nadine specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, properties affected by the Building Safety Act 2022, auction transactions, transfers of equity, Help to Buy matters and shared ownership properties.
Nadine is known for her proactive approach and ability to deliver results within challenging timescales. She is committed to providing clear advice, excellent communication and a seamless client experience throughout the transaction process. Many of her clients return to her time and again, reflecting the trust they place in her and the high standard of service she provides.
Nadine also regularly advises Armed Forces personnel and their families. Coming from a military family background, she has a strong understanding of the unique challenges associated with service life, including relocations, deployments and compressed transaction timescales.
Outside of work, Nadine enjoys travelling, wine tasting, music festivals, and spending quality time with her family.
