Biography
Mendy specialises in property law and has built a broad client base comprising a large number of property companies, offshore trust entities and high net worth individuals, dealing with all aspects of residential, commercial property and leasehold enfranchisement, including property acquisitions and disposals, property refinancing and management.
Mendy also acts for many large residential developers acting on land acquisition which includes advising throughout the development process and eventually dealing with the sale of individual plots. Mendy also carries out secured finance work, acting for lenders and borrowers.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Mendy graduated with a degree in commercial law from the University of Westminster and went on to complete the LPC at BBP Law School in London.
Mendy is married with two children and is a Manchester United fan and enjoys playing football regularly.
