Biography
George obtained his LL.B. Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Southampton and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from the University College London.
He has been a member of the Athens (Greece) Bar Association since 2014 and of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2017, specializing in M&A, private equity and international tax transactions.
George’s highlights include over 10 years of experience in cross-border commercial transactions and international corporate structures across various industries, including shipping, food, medical, real estate and tourism.
He has served as legal counsel in high profile transactions of publicly listed companies as well as private companies with global operations.
