John Blank holds a law degree from Oxford University and was admitted as a solicitor in 1971. He has extensive experience in wills and probate, residential and commercial property and commercial law. He has a special interest in employment law and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
He regularly advises employers and employees on employment contracts, redundancy issues, employment procedures and on bringing and defending claims following termination of employment.
John lectures on employment law topics and has devised and conducted case studies and workshops on recruitment and selection, employment contracts and constructive dismissal. The Inner Temple (one of the Inns of Court) regularly calls on his wealth of practical experience for training newly-qualified barristers in legal ethics.
