Biography
With a diverse background in private practice, both in the United Kingdom and South Africa, Zahra is a South African Qualified Lawyer and brings a commercially focused and practical approach to her work.
Zahra advises both individuals and businesses on Corporate and Real Estate matters with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, property development, secured lending and real estate finance as well as assisting with Private Client matters.
Zahra takes a practical and commercially minded approach to her work, recognising the importance of understanding each client’s objectives and delivering clear, effective solutions tailored to their individual or business needs.
Zahra graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law, with a particular interest in corporate governance and its application within commercial law. She intends to progress through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) pathway in 2027, with the aim of becoming dual-qualified in South Africa and England and Wales.
