    Biography

Uri Pawlowski is a commercially driven real estate partner with a broad practice spanning investment, asset management and real estate finance. He works with institutional investors, lenders, family offices, borrowers and corporate occupiers on high-value, often time-sensitive transactions across the UK.

Uri is known for taking a hands-on, deal-focused approach. He is comfortable leading transactions end-to-end, cutting through complexity and keeping momentum where it matters. He has built and led teams delivering large-scale asset management and due diligence projects, while staying closely involved in the detail and execution of each deal.

A significant part of his practice is advising on real estate finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers. He has particular experience in bridging and secured lending for buy-to-let landlords, and regularly advises on structuring, security packages and execution strategy. He also advises on the real estate aspects of care home acquisitions and other operational asset classes.

He has also been closely involved in the rollout of legal tech, including document automation and AI-led due diligence tools, with a focus on using technology to streamline delivery and improve client outcomes.
