Biography
Edwinah Joined Patron Law in December 2023 shortly after qualifying as a solicitor in November 2023. Originally from Manchester, she completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at BPP University before relocating to London to undertake her training.
Edwinah has experience across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, new build developments, and real estate finance. She regularly advises on secured lending transactions and acts for a range of private individuals, developers, and lenders.
Outside of work Edwinah enjoys travelling, live music, attending Formula 1 events and spending quality time with family and friends.
Some recent highlights include:
