Biography
Shmuel specialises in General Civil and Property Litigation dealing with matters such as Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Boundary and Shared Driveway disputes, Possession Claims, Lease Extensions, Enfranchisements, Rights of First Refusal, Orders for Sale, Breach of Contract claims and Debt Recovery.
After gaining a Distinction from the College of Law and completing his training, Shmuel qualified as a Solicitor in January 2013 and soon gained experience in Litigation & Private Client law as well as areas of Property and Commercial law.
Shmuel now focuses on Civil and Property Litigation and has appeared in Court on a number of successful applications for debt recovery, damages, possession claims, rent arrears and vesting orders. Additionally Shmuel has experience with Wills and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications.
