Biography
Kelly graduated from university in 2006 with an LLB (Hons) and then obtained her Masters in 2007. Kelly was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 2014.
Kelly is a hands-on litigator with a vast range of experience in the field. She focuses mainly on property litigation, but can turn her hand to most civil disputes which allows her to act for a wide variety of clients.
She enjoys attending Court on behalf of her clients, and has experience of representing clients for a wide variety of hearings.
Career highlights have involved acting for a number of high net worth individuals on matters ranging from bankruptcy petitions to high value professional negligence claims against service providers.
Kelly has also acted for a large property management company, assisting them and their clients with a variety of matters including rental arrears, service charge disputes, lease renewal notices and associated proceedings. In addition to her commercial experience, she is able to act for private landlords and residential property owners in respect of a wide range of issues including possession claims, general disputes between landlords and tenants and boundary disputes.
In her spare time she can be found walking or running in the local countryside with her dogs, young toddler and partner.
